The Clinical & Community Health Committee connects students with healthcare and community organizations to support projects that improve community health and access to care. Through these collaborations, members may engage with areas such as health education, community outreach, needs assessment, and clinical program support. The committee aims to support our partners’ work while helping students better understand and address the factors that shape health outcomes, healthcare experiences, and access to care.
Law & Policy
The Law & Policy Committee connects students with organizations working at the intersection of healthcare, law, and policy to support projects that address complex challenges within the healthcare system. Through these collaborations, members may engage with topics such as healthcare advocacy, patient rights, medical malpractice, intellectual property, and healthcare policy. The committee aims to support our partners’ work while helping students understand how legal and policy frameworks shape healthcare delivery, patient experiences, and organizational decision-making.
Engineering & Design
The Engineering & Design Committee connects students with community organizations, schools, and healthcare partners to develop practical engineering solutions to real-world challenges. Members work on projects such as designing assistive devices, improving or repairing equipment, and creating educational tools or prototypes that support accessibility, learning, and patient care. Through these collaborations, the committee applies engineering and design skills to build tangible solutions that benefit patients, organizations, and the broader community.
Business
The Business Committee connects students with healthcare and community organizations to support projects related to strategy, operations, and healthcare consulting. Members assist with initiatives such as operational efficiency analysis, market and community research, financial planning, and patient experience improvement. Through these collaborations, the committee helps organizations strengthen their operations while giving students hands-on exposure to healthcare consulting and the business side of healthcare.
