AIM is a national, interdisciplinary leadership network that unites students from diverse academic backgrounds including business, law, engineering, natural sciences, and public health around a shared mission to advance healthcare innovation, education, and service. AIM is committed to advancing equitable, inclusive, and representative healthcare systems through interdisciplinary collaboration.

AIM is guided by an independent National Board that designs semester- and year-long initiatives and oversees interdisciplinary committees focused on areas such as biomedical innovation, healthcare entrepreneurship, medical ethics, research, and public health. Through structured leadership roles and impact-driven projects, members gain hands-on experience while local chapters implement initiatives on campus and in surrounding communities, fostering collaboration, leadership development, and measurable real-world impact in healthcare.
